Pick Up Details

Roundtrip transfers are included from most major hotels in the Negril and Montego Bay region, as well as from some local residences and tourist accommodations. You will receive your pick-up time via email after you've completed your book

Drop Off Details

You will be returned to your original point of pick-up after the tour..

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

To participate in the River Vibes Jamaica excursions, guests must meet the following requirements:

Minimum age: 6 years old for participation.
Alcohol consumption: Guests must be at least 18 years old to drink alcohol.
Weight limits: For River Bamboo Rafting, the maximum is 300 lbs per person or 550 lbs combined for two passengers.
Accessibility: This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Weather conditions: Water-based activities may be postponed or cancelled in rare cases due to unsafe weather or river conditions.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience's start date/time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience's start date/time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start date/time* will not be accepted.
